Greetings fellow citizens!

This is a very small update just fixing a few bug and adding improvements.

• Game restarts once the player dies.
• Application can be exited using the escape key
• Fixed a bug where if two bullets hit an asteroid at the same time the player would get double points
• Fixed a bug where the bullet speed was dependant on the distance between the player spaceship and the crosshair.
• Fixed a bug where the rock count would not display properly after reaching 3 digits.
